Positions available:
Bar DJ/Karaoke Host: typically evening gigs at local bars across metro Detroit. Looking for energetic people who love to meet new people and entertain a crowd. Availability on Friday and Saturday nights will be prioritized. Karaoke hosts are paid an average of $20/hour.
Trivia Host: typically weeknight evenings. Looking for someone with a great personality on the microphone and with some technical competency to track scores, present trivia, and play music between questions. Trivia hosts are paid an average of $20/hour.
Wedding DJ: Looking for a high caliber of DJ to help bring the paradise to very special events. A great wedding DJ is able to read the room and choose music that will keep the party going for a variety of guests. Wedding DJs work closely directly with clients to make sure the music and MCing is exactly how the brides/grooms envisioned. Wedding DJs are also expected to transport, set up, and tear down equipment for their events. Wedding DJs are paid an average of $70/hour.
Equipment Manager: An equipment manager will typically work flexible daytime hours to move and set up systems at various bar locations around the area and test systems to make sure they're ready to go for the next event. Pay per stop as well as mileage reimbursement. Additional opportunity to be manager on call to respond to technical issues as they arise.
